A sharing with Forthright Caucus

Representatives of AFC has joined the ordinary meeting of  The Forthright Caucus with Ming Sing, the Associate Professor of HKUST. During the meeting, Sing has shared the issues arisen by Function Constituencies, including failure of buyback the Link REIT, building shields and their assoication with business related FCs as well as stunted market without competition law.
